2023 Retirement Benefits Summary and Lifetime Income Disclosure are now available

The Publix Retirement Benefits Summary and Lifetime Income Disclosure are now available in the Retirement tab under My Documents.
The Retirement Benefits Summary is provided to associates who
- had a PROFIT Plan account balance as of Dec. 31, 2022, or
- shared in Publix’s PROFIT Plan contribution for 2023.
Retirement Benefits Summary
The summary shows
- the Jan. 1, 2023 – Dec. 31, 2023, activity in your PROFIT Plan account
- your total balance in the 401(k) SMART Plan as of Dec. 31, 2023, and
- your total retirement program balance as of Dec. 31, 2023.
What’s new this year?
Your Retirement Benefits Summary will include your primary and contingent beneficiaries for both the PROFIT Plan and 401(k) SMART Plan.
The Lifetime Income Disclosure is now included in the Retirement Benefits Summary. This provides information about how much monthly income associates could collect at retirement based on their current account balance in the PROFIT Plan.

The PROFIT Plan is one way you can be a company owner. When eligible, you are automatically enrolled in the PROFIT Plan, which means Publix will start contributing Publix stock to your PROFIT Plan account.
Viewing your PROFIT Plan account balance
You have 3 convenient ways to view your PROFIT Plan account balance:
- Visit the Retirement tab under My Documents.
- Create or log in to your confidential Publix Stockholder Online account.
- Log in to the 401(k) SMART Plan website.
