We know you have a life and responsibilities outside of work — and balancing your personal life with work is important. The various benefits we offer let you take paid time off when you want or need it.
Eligibility for the benefits listed below is based on your years of service, pay category and position.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Your PTO gives you flexibility when you want or need time off from work. You can use this time for any purpose.Short-Term Disability
For an injury or illness where you’ll be out for longer than 7 days, you can replace a portion of your pay for up to 12 weeks.Parental Leave Pay
You can replace a portion of your pay while taking time off within the 1st year after your child’s birth or adoption.Bereavement Leave
You can take up to 3 days of leave and may be eligible for pay after the death of an immediate family member.Jury Duty Leave
Sometimes civic duty comes calling.
